Carolina Beach, NC
Pleasure Island cleaning.
Carolina Beach sits on Pleasure Island, south of Wilmington, with a boardwalk, plenty of vacation rentals and a steady base of year-round homes. We clean both.
Rental owners and managers get turnovers worked to the changeover window. Homeowners get regular cleaning on whatever schedule suits the house. Either way you can leave a key or a code and we let ourselves in.
If your rental is managed through an agency, we can work with the manager directly. Tell us how keys and codes are handled and where the fresh linens are kept, and we will follow the same routine every changeover.
Local conditions
After a week at the beach.
A full week of guests at a Carolina Beach rental leaves sand in the floors and the beds, sunscreen on surfaces, a kitchen that has cooked every night and bathrooms that have been used hard. The turnover has to catch all of it, every time, in a set window.
Between bookings is also the time to catch the things guests notice: hair in the shower, crumbs under the couch cushions, smudges on the fridge door and sand in the bed. Those are on the list, so the house looks ready the moment the next family walks in.
- Kitchens reset after a week of cooking
- Sand out of floors, rugs and furniture
- Beds and linens done for the next arrival
- Same list every turnover

Do you clean vacation rentals in Carolina Beach?
Yes. Rental turnovers are worked to your checkout and check-in times, beds and linens included.
Can you do a one-time deep clean?
